London based Bibliotheque updates.

05 August 2010

Simon French wrote in to tell us about his recent update. He’s currently attending Chelsea College of Art and Design, London. Thanks for the note.

Pretty stunning photography from Justin Quinnell. These shots are the result of a 6 month long exposure taken with pinhole coke can cameras attached to telephone poles around Bristol, England. The streaking effect is the sun’s trajectory from winter solstice to summer solstice. Via iso50.

Congrats to Annie Nguyen from Hawaii. Thanks for everyone’s infographic submissions – if you ever need a little inspiration there’s now a nice compilation in the comments section of the original post.

Interesting interview with NY Times Graphics Director Steve Duenes and Graphics Editor Archie Tse. And if you haven’t visited in a while, you’ll be happily surprised by the vast library of videocasts they’ve been building – it’s an invaluable resource.
